Do you know that up to 15% of the rate you pay to board your dog is directly related to cancellations and/or shortening stays? Cancellations are a part of our business, but they can be disruptive in staff planning. If you are one of those people who know your exact plans, will not change them and are ready to make a reservation, you could save substantially by simply committing to your reservation! By helping the kennel in our staff planning, we are willing to pass on the savings to you! We have two different Saver Rates below.  Both rates require you to submit your request online.  Our staff will contact you to verify your reservation and collect payment.

Saver Rate

This rate saves you $5/dog per day. This rate is for those who know their exact dates and won't be changing them. You get all of the items you normally get with a regular reservation but you save money by simply committing to your dates. The saver rate requires a minimum 3 day stay.  You must book at least 2 weeks and no more than 6 weeks prior to your drop off date (this helps in staff planning).

Super Saver Rate

This rate saves you $10/dog per day. This is a no frills rate and is for those who do not want the complimentary one on one playtimes, will bring their own food, and they won't have pics posted to Facebook or emailed during their stay unless you add those services for an additional fee. Where most kennels' pricing start at a basic no frills rate, at Cinder Hills our basic rates includes many items that others charge extra for. We are discounting our basic rate for those who do not want or need them. It is a good alternative for those on a budget but still want to stay at a high end facility. There are a limited number of spaces available at this rate and they fill quickly! The super saver rate requires a minimum 2 day stay.  You must book at least 2 weeks and no more than 6 weeks prior to your drop off date (this helps in staff planning).

Terms and Limitations

  1. These rates are good only for our classic runs.
  2. You must book at least 2 weeks in advance and no more than 6 weeks prior to your drop off date.
  3. Prepaid in full at time of booking.
  4. Non-refundable. Non-transferable.
  5. Special rates are not available during Spring Break, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years holidays.
  6. No other discounts apply.
  7. Late fee of $20/dog applies if you pick up after 1PM and prior to closing on last day.
  8. Any extensions to stay will be at regular rate.
  9. Extra services can be added at time of booking or drop off.
  10. Super Saver rate requires you to bring your own food.
