Day Camp Evaluation Request
We are looking forward to evaluating your dog for Day Camp! You may drop your dog off anytime between 7:30AM and 1PM. Plan to leave your dog with us for at least three hours in order to allow enough time for us to complete the evaluation. If your dog is approved for Day Camp, he or she may stay and play at no additional charge ($22 value)! You will be notified if your dog is not approved and you may pick up your dog right away or request that he/she day lodge with us until you can pick him/her up.
Please bring your dog’s vaccination record from your veterinarian. We require your dog to be current on the following vaccines: Rabies (except young puppies), DHLLP, Bordetella (kennel cough). Plan to spend about 5-20 minutes completing paperwork and then we’ll send you on your way while we introduce your dog to an exciting new world of safe and healthy play with new friends!
